Preview features

Preview features let your organization try selected Cloudgeni workflows before they are generally available.
Preview features can change as we refine the workflow. Enable them only for organizations where you are comfortable trying early product surfaces.

What the setting does

The Enable Preview Features setting is applied to the current organization. When it is on, Cloudgeni shows preview navigation items and allows preview API flows for that organization. Current preview surfaces can include:
  • Automations
  • Scheduled runs for agent sessions
  • Observability
  • Cost Optimization
The exact list can change over time.

Enable preview features

  1. Sign in to Cloudgeni.
  2. Select the organization where you want to try preview features.
  3. Open Settings from the left navigation.
  4. Find Enable Preview Features in Organization Settings.
  5. Turn the setting on.
  6. Return to your workspace.
If a preview navigation item does not appear immediately, refresh the app or switch to another workspace and back.

Turn preview features off

To hide preview surfaces again, return to Organization Settings and turn Enable Preview Features off. Scheduled runs do not start while the preview setting is off. Existing schedules remain in place, but future scheduled times are skipped until preview is enabled again.

Who should enable it

Use preview features when:
  • You want to evaluate a new workflow with real workspace context
  • Your team understands that the interface or behavior can still change
  • You can verify results before relying on the workflow for a recurring process
Avoid preview features for critical recurring work until the workflow is generally available.

Scheduled runs
